Chi Quong (Life Energy Cultivation) is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training. It’s a powerful type of health exercise, which has been practised for centuries by millions of Chinese people. It is based on repetitions of very precise sets of movements, specifically designed to benefit health on many different levels and we have Aidan coming to our WI to teach us the basics and help us rejuvenate our bodies and minds.
You’ll need to wear comfortable clothing for this activity. No previous knowledge or experience necessary just a whole load of enthusiasm to go with the flow.
